2,500 Mile Oil Change - Very Dark Oil, 2 Techron Treatments

    I gave the 80 an oil change today and drained the Techron tainted oil.
The Mobil 1 10w-30 was VERY dark, and stinky!  I had run two treatments of
Techron spaced by a tank a 93 octane.  I assume the reason the oil became
extremely dark is because of the Techron flushing the gunk out of the engine
into the oil, or does Mobil 1 instantly become dark after 1,000 miles.
Mobil 1, the new tri-synth, is extremely light in color out of the bottle,
once I did the first Techron treatment I noticed when checking the oil on
the stick it had gotten darker.  Is this a normal thing?  Put in a new Audi
filter too:-)
