Bronco busting...Steve Meyer's remarks

It is the right of every American to own any motor vehicle available for
sale to him/her. Even the 959 and other "supercars". However, it is a
PRIVILEGE to possess an operators permit, also commonly referred to as a
"driver's license". Read the book. This privilege is so freely tossed
about that nearly anyone can get one, and that, my friend, is the
problem. This comes from neither the left nor the right, but from common
sense and a desire to see the roads cleared of those who either lack the
ability to drive safely or the attitude to do so.
My original reply pretty nearly started this thread, and I hope now to
see it end.
