Um, other than all the problems that you have seen, plus all the
complications that are to follow, I don't think you should buy this car.
Pay an extra $1000 on a car that runs and hasn't been shot at. By the
way, why is the owner selling it? You say the interior is above average?
Was he able to scrub all the blood from the seats? [8^)
