Well, I can't provide the detail.

It seems to me that the cost equation is pretty much a wash.  There are
more moving parts on a q, but Audi compensated by making 'em tougher.

On a FWD, the front tyres see much more wear than the rear - so rotating
is frequent.  On a q, it's sometimes so evenly spread that you _never_
need to rotate them.

OTOH - there seems little doubt that 4kqs depreciate at a slower rate
than FWDs ...
