RE: 86 4000sq possible purchase

Hey guys, 90cq and v8q owner here looking at an 86 4000sq here locally.
seller wants $400 bux....catch, car has problem with power brakes (ie 
none),
needs exhaust....a valve cover gasket, leaks oil, minor switches, has three 
bullet holes in the body that arent rusted and are an easy fix, because the 
car needs paint anyway.
sunroof is stuck....rotary dial for diff lock got the rear light to come 
on,
but not the front.
My questions are 1) is the aforementioned enough to justify buying at such 
a
price, or should i look more for a prime car that doesn't need as much?
interior is in above avg condition (grey velour), no cracks in dash.  (156k 
miles)

As long as there's no blood stains to go along with those bullet holes and 
you got between $4-6k burning a hole in your pocket why not.  Personally, 
I'd look for something less adventurous.
