Re: radio problems on a 86 4KQ
Get 2 pieces of coat hanger wire about 6 inches long, bend into a U shape,
so as they match the pair of vertical holes, taper the ends (file or grind)
Insert both about 10-15 mm into the holes and carefully pull radio out.
Becarefull I have seen a few that the rubber snubber gets stuck to the rear
beacket and does not want to let go too easy............
