Type 44 on the driveway

A late 1989 Type 44 Avant (wagon) now graces my driveway.  The drive
back from Chippenham was uneventful and everything seems to work
reasonably well apart from the WOT switch.  Even though I agreed to buy
the car over two weeks ago, the PO has had the car valeted for me and
it's absolutely spotless.  It isn't very often that it's a pleasure to
hand over GBP3000 in cash.  He even threw in an aftermarket roof rack
that was designed to fit the car but never used.

A/c works, even.
