My favorite is G+G Service in WI (414.628-1716).
Greg (owner) is a nice guy who will talk all you want about winter
tires.  He also owns a bunch of quattros.  Excellent prices.

Dont forget about the new Hakk Q, BTW.

Tell him I sent you, mabey he'll remember when I order a few sets
later this month :)
