The California Highway Patrol is "Testing" some now. I think maybe Volvo
must have been out pushing them as long term cheaper to operate.

		Tonight on my drive home from London, I nearly drove off the
#401 near 
		Ingersoll as a Volvo screamed by.  I have no idea what model
it was it just 
		blew by too fast.  It had no other markings except for the
typical OPP 
		stuff and a neat low profile set of lights on the roof.
