Probably won't give you very good results, unless you cross reference the
VIN#'s for every Audi registered for those years.  My V8Q is registered
as an "Audi Quatt", nothing more, nothing less on the title or
registration.  Excise tax has been negligable since I got the car, as far
as I can tell, they are charging the excise tax for the value of a
regular 44 body FWD.  A V8Q is easy to explain, compared to a URQ. "Yes
maam, it's a URQ, I know that doesn't show up on the paperwork anywhere
but...."
