Re: coupla MC motor questinons..



I think some of the conventional wisdom I have been seeing re: ex studs
seems to be to allow them to be sacrificial - ie if they are beefier,
maybe you'll tear the threads out of the head?  just to keep in mind...

re: cam grinding, try talking to Elgin Cams - word is they're always
busy cause they're good.  They say this on the Ford truck list as well. 
I called once, they said they could do an Audi 5 cyl cam no problem.

I would like to see a good answer to Phil's question though...
