will not go back. I called immediately and the owner said bring it back,
he'll try to fix it. TRY? Then it gets better...I go to put the rear mats in
place and see something on the leather. Several areas in the middle of the
back seat had spots where the (ecru) finish was literally rubbed off!!!! No
one even sits back there, I mean it was like brand new! I was out of my mind
 by then.

a few years back i tried (unsucessfully) to revive the dulling clearcoat on
the roof/hood of my former '84 5kT (now wrecked, so it doesnt matter anyway)
and took it to a local detail shop..
in addition to the wonderful "swirl marks" left by a dirty buffer pad, the
buffing buffoon managed to buff off some of the pinstriping, and burn the
shiny rubber coating off the side body moulding... i was highly peeved..
they ended up re-buffing the car (with a clean pad) and re-striping it, and
painted all the side body moulding and corresponding bumper parts, black.
sometimes it pays to do it yourself..
