I'd think that 4 of the lines go to the 2 actuators (2 to each actuator),
leaving the frontwards going line to be the vaccuume source, somewhere
traceable to the motor.
I'd think that if you undid that line at the switch end, with the motor
running, serious suction should be happening.
Another thought: Are you *sure* the the diff locks are not working, or
could it possibly be that the lights are not working? It's no all that
impossible that the wiring under the car could be toasted.
If you are driving on pavement, and you try sharp corners, you can quite
easily tell if the diff locks are on, light or not..
They make the car not want to turn. Especially when you get the back one on..
