Those have been around for years from several sources. A dyno test ( on a 4
cyl. performed by Darrell Vitone at Techtonics) showed a 2 hp gain @ 6500
rpms, not a lot for the money. It advance the cam timing down low & retards
it on the top end, although this would also affect the distributor timing in
a I5 engine, 4-6 " would not cause major problems. I would look elsewhere
for power gains.
