Over here they cost about $30 for a set comprising a pair of H4 bulbs and a
pair of 5W parking light bulbs. Some claim the parking light bulbs serve
some real purpose, but I tend to believe they are just to make your
headlamps look blue. I have no personal experience with those bulbs, but
I've heard they perform rather well.
