Yes, bottle heaters are pretty much standard equipment for nitrous
installations on street cars in northern climes. According to my
NOS catalog, their systems are designed to run 900 psi at 80 f,
but the bottle pressure drops to 520 psi when ambient temp drops
to just 40 f, and the system ends up just pumping in a lot of raw
gas with no oxidizer. They have four different heaters listed in
their catalog.
