'97 2.8L A4Q value

My S4 is arriving three months before the end of my A4 lease.  Roughly what
would be the Seattle-area resale value of a fully-loaded 2.8L A4Q?  It has
all options except automatic (i.e. it is a stick; does this lower value?)
and cell-fone, low-miles at 35K, and is very clean.

Options include: CD-Changer, leather, winter (ski-sack, seat heat, doorlock
defrosters), sunroof, quattro, etc.  Trip computer was standard equipment
that year.
