Re: '86/87 5KCSQT MC to Hydraulic assist seal?
There is a rubber seal between the master cylinder and the booster, Ben,
but I don't think it seals against hydraulic oil leaks. I think the
booster is sealed internally, and a leak at the junction between it and the
MC is one of the symptoms the booster is shot. I also don't believe
there's any kind of rebuild possible.
