97 A6 cd changer connection

Hello, 	

I have just removed the trunk side panel on the drive side and see a
25pin db connector like on the back of my computer. Is this the
connector that hooks up the the CD changer?

	Also are there any different changers that connect to the delta cc
stereo. I see prices from around 350 - 450 (new) for the changer and 15
- 60 dollars for the bracket.
