That's what I wanted to know ... hard to tell from the parts fiche and/or 
articles I've read.  That said, do the manual and automatic 4.2L blocks have 
different tranny bolt patterns the way the 3.6L blocks do?  I understand 
you'd have to go to europe to find one of these because they were never 
imported into the U.S. with 5-speeds but I'm not without contacts over there 
and this definitely seems like the easiest way to break the 300hp barrier.  
In for a penny, in for a pound ... is that how the saying goes?
