Velcome to Vunderland, Michael.  Don't know anything about rear fog lamps
(none of the four Audis in my yard has a rear fog lamp even though they're
all supposedly the top-trim CS and quattro models),  but you only need an
after-run pump if it's helping to cool down a turbo, I believe.  You want
the after-run fan circuit going, of course.
