Control Arm Bushings Bad?

I jacked up the car today after work to check the bushings. I first got
the driver's side up and pushed the wheel back and forth to check for extra
movement, seems normal to me. I poked my head under and wiggled the wheel
again, small amount of free movement back and forth is fine right?
Then the passenger's side went up and I did the same procedure. When I
pushed the wheel back towards the rear of the car I noticed that it moved a
fair amount compared to any other direction I wiggled. I then pushed the
rear of the wheel inwards and again there was more movement than any other
spot. Seems this points to a bad passenger's rear control arm bushing,
right? I do have a wobble at 45-55mph, no uneven wear on tires at all.
Haven't gotten a hold of the place that balanced the tires yet, but I assume
the everything is fine since the weights are the stuck on type on the inside
of the rim. Probably didn't fall off, also no marks were they would have
been if they had fallen off.
This is bad bushing? They were hammered in by monkey man mechanic. Can
I replace one bushing at a time, these bushings are only 3 weeks old?

Thanks again!
