I think it's possible, but you will need lots of stuff from the donor
car. I don't know if the Q rear suspension is a direct bolt-up, but no
matter what, you'll probably be better off buying a 5kqw that was q
from the factory.. Now, installing q onto a non-q could be an
interesting project, but I think it could turn into a gigantic
money-eater.. :-)
