The LED was not flashing.
I found my problem though.
If you ever replace/splice in a new connector make sure that the wires do not
cross under the rubber boot.
I assumed the way they come out of the rubber boot the way they were in the
connector.
The connector was the one to the coil transistor driver module.
Thank you all for your responces.
I am happier than pig in crap that the engine is alive! : )
