Here's a deal for someone . . .

Here's a deal for someone:

1993 Audi 90CS, 2wd, automatic, 44,000 miles, V-6, gold, grey leather
interior, air, sunroof, all the usual toys, good tires, alarm, very nice car.

Owner is scared to death of it, and is convinced that repair costs will eat
him alive, so this is a "panic" situation. The air conditioner is being
fixed (new evaporator, dryer), and the car is offered at $7,500 firm, in
Daytona Beach, FL.

The car has been here about a month (I think), and since Daytona Beach
isn't exactly Audi country, there has been little local interest.

I've seen the car, started it, but didn't drive it. It is at a shop owned
by a guy who is a worse Audi fanatic than I am. I was going to buy this car
for my wife, but she decided that I ought to save the money for a different
future project we have in mind. The reason the Audi shop guy didn't buy it
is that he's in the middle of a construction project, and doesn't have any
free cash.

Someone will get a deal on this one - if you're SERIOUSLY interested,
e-mail me and I'll give you the shop's phone number - Heinz is on the phone
all day, and he gets a little testy sometimes. This isn't his car, so he
won't want to chit-chat about it. He's a repair shop, not a dealer, and
there's almost no money in this for him (or me) - he mostly wants it gone,
but would like to see it sold to someone who will appreciate it.

Best Regards,

Mike Arman
