You probably won't be able achieve 200hp with the normally-aspirated 20V I5
without some serious internal work, which will blow your budget right out.
Given that you'd be doing an engine transplant it's really not much more
difficult to go to a 10V turbo, and 200hp is quite easily attainable there.
