Chris,

An easier way than start-stop X 3 is just to drive with the brakes
on hard.  Get going about 70 mph in 3rd and put the throttle to the
floor, then hold your speed at 70 with the brakes.  Guaranteed to
fry the brakes in 30 seconds!
