Could be the Blau wires are OK.

Maybe the oil is left over from prior to the tune-up?
Can you tell?
I'd clean it off with degreaser and see if it re-appears.

I cleaned off most of the oil before starting the engine. After driving for while, I popped the hood and could see the oil slowly seeping from the plug with the engine still running. Phil suggested in a post that I should pull the plugs, clean and use a torque wrench. I expect that tightening the plugs by "feel" only worked for 2 out of 5. I will get a TW and try this after I finish my coffee.
