HI Frank-

Your problem is the Power Window / Sunroof control unit.  It looks like a
relay, yellow in color, and is under the drivers side dash.  You can
actually reach it throught the access cover in the pre-89 models, but I
don't know how it looks in the 89- models.  You need to re-solder the joints
where the relay is soldered to the PC board.  I just did mine last weekend.
The tricky part is getting the cover off the relay itself, use a couple of
little screwdrivers.
