The general concensus is that these are mostly snake oil, and
some can even be dangerous. Jacobs comes to mind as having had
problems on Audis.

I've tried "hi output" wires, and after 2 or 3 years of "OK" driving,
they failed. Now I use only Bosch OEM replacements.
