'Hot tank' degreasing is the first stage of _any_ work done by the
specialists we use for some head operations.  Reassembly, in our case,
is usually prompt and the rebuilder (either myself or Roger) makes
liberal use of an oilcan and a Mark I thumb on all surfaces.  Haven't
had a problem yet.
