Thanks Mike for the response.  He was the one I was responding to.  However 
he either has no money or was hoping that one would fall from the sky for 
nothing.

It is a good deal, I am selling the complete car for what most salvage yards 
get for the low mileage motor only.  The only reason I am selling it is that 
I am closing a business of rebuilding Audi's for the last 10 years in 
Chattanooga.
