Does anyone produce a header for a 4KQ or CGT?  I've heard of installing a 
4KQ exhaust manifold in a CGT for a 5hp gain but wonder if there's anything 
else available.

By the way, the local Audi guru installed an after-market (stock replacement) 
4KQ exhaust system from BLAUfergnügen in my 4KQ.  Excellent quality and 
reasonable price considering what the dealer, after-market, or muffler shop 
wanted (upwards of $700!).

Seemed the reasonable thing to do since I needed everything from the 
catalytic converter back.  I don't think there is any performance gain but it 
is nice and quiet and will undoubtedly last a long time.  The straight pipe 
and after-market muffler routine was a little too experimental for the cost 
involved.  Anyway, this product is highly recommended, much better 
construction than stock part!
