Wisdom of swapping a water-cooled K24 for an oil-cooled K26?

While working on my 200q today, I was reminded that I need to have the K24
rebuilt before reinstalling it. I hadn't paid much attention to this before
because I was planning on installing my RS2 turbo instead, but now that I
have put that up for adoption and successfully found it a new home, I need to
fall back on Plan B.

I had thought about having it rebuilt but this car is now being reassigned to
daily-driver duty for Paula, who's much less concerned about performance than
I am, and seeing that I have a spare oil-cooled K26 taken off an Ur-Q, I've
been thinking about adapting this to the car instead and saving a few bucks.
I know it won't last nearly as long as a water-cooled turbo but it's nearly
new (less than 500 miles on a rebuild) and it should last at least 50k or so,
by which time I'm sure Paula will be ready to replace the car with something
else.

Not having access to pressure maps for either turbo, I can't determine
whether this is potentially a good match, a bad match or something in between
... as such, any BTDTs will be appreciated and don't forget that my MC runs
an 8.4:1 compression ratio and dual knock-sensors.
