What pads to get?

    Need new brake pads and I would like some advice.

I drive hard.  I have managed to warp front rotors twice since I got the car
2+ years ago.  I always torque bolts to 80 ft lbs.  The pads I have now are
mystery pads, came with the car when I bought it.  The pads are very
metallic and I dislike the way they groove the rotor, and they howl all the
time.  I would like to try a semi-organic pad, what would be the best for a
hard driver.  I am running 256mm ventilated single piston setup, for now...
    I am getting new rotors and ATE Super Blue, so pads are in order too.
This also should solve the wobble I am experiencing, I hope.
