Eurolights: PN for 5k non-q wiring grommet

If memory serves, several people had installed H4 eurolights into the type
44 non turbo cars, but were lacking the part number for the grommet that
seals the housing where the wiring enters.  Well, as I was cleaning up the
garage, and getting ready to pitch the spare set of H4's in the garbage, I
wrote down the following number for the grommet.
