I think that's what I meant.  EG, power windows are an extra, on a
coupe.  Whether they cost more or not, who knows (I don't).  But I think
in Audi land they could be considered a "standard" option - ie the cars
without them are weird.

all the verbiage in the world don't fix what was in essence very poor
use of language - all "the usual options" would have been better choice
of words, or even better the good old PS/PW/PM/PL/PB/HS/CC/CC/TC/SR...
