[Fwd: sounds like this is going to be expensive]



 


hi;
if you slowly open the oil filler cap while the noise is evident it will
cease.releasing crankcase vacuum stops the crank seal lips from
"chattering".
only happens on turbos.
if you want to fix it you will need to replace the seal.
