The text was a quote from a ticker and not my description of the 
recall news.

oversteer in a high speed corners under braking and it affects all 
cars with or without quattro. 
The fix is different stabilisor bars front and rear and other 
undisclosed measures probably a software change for the haldex. In 
addition the new TT's will get the ESP.
Audi also says that the new suspension setup will be less sportscar 
like but easier to handle for the inexperienced driver at the limit.
