I just did this last week ... $282 from German Parts & Restoration at (800) 
321-5432, including Next Day delivery.  I'm sure you can probably save a few 
bucks somewhere else but they've been pretty good to me over the years so I 
try to buy from them whenever I can.

As for the installation, I must be getting better at this as it took me just 
over an hour this time around ... the last pump lasted only 38k, btw.  Is 
this part of a disturbing trend or did I just get lucky?
