URQ sorting out; compression test

As I started to (painfully) disassemble the motor that I have spent the last
month putting together, it occurred to me that checking the valve lash would
be a good idea.
Results;

        #1 Ex= .011"
        #1 In = . 000"
        #2 Ex= . 007"
        #2 In = . 009"
        #3 In = . 006"
        #3 Ex= . 011"
        #4 In = . 009"
        #4 Ex= . 015"
        #5 In = . 010"
        #5 Ex= . 014"

I checked the #1 intake to see if the tappet barrel was free when the cam
lobe was up. It turned freely at this point, so I know it wasn't held open
continuously.
Any input on what valve clearance spec is for an URQ, and what these results
could mean? These were all checked cold.
Hopefully have the head off tomorrow.
