Hello,
Well not exactly that problem, but sometime yesterday I experienced a
problem with a single message. The exact message I can't specify right
now, but I do remember that it had Ti Kan's address on the headers as
the sender. This message had no text inside and consisted of binary
data only. It didn't look like a virus or program really, it was all
the same character. My mail backup file got a little messed up with
this strange message, but once I removed the offending message,
everything was fine again.
If my guess is correct, there was a problem with the digest creator
due to this one message, and then It may have hung and created
duplicates. The best solution to your problem may be to delete the
offending digests. If a new digest comes in today and opens up ok for
you, I was right.
Whether or not Ti's machine actually caused this message or whether it
got destroyed enroute, I don't have a clue.
Dan, I know you're busy, but am I on the right track here?
