Phil:
Either get Dave's reference, or have Dave e-mail you privately.  These are 
the exact two inputs that make the device allocate torque.  For some 
credibility to this, at 45m radius at a given accel, fully loaded, dry cf, 
80q, the torque dist due to slip angle differences *ONLY* is 62r/38f.  At 15m 
the torsen is at the Bias Ratio (75r/25f) due to slip angle differences only. 
  Neither of the above are traction arguments.  

In order for it to ignore relative slip angle differences, it would have to 
be a smart device.  It's dumb.

Let's at least agree on a baseline.  If you can't, Gary is in trouble before 
he started.
