not essential.
2) 24 hwy, 18 city
3) Engine tune up
4) Air filter, plugs, gas filter, cat converter.

hi everyone.
i have some questions for the few 80 model owners out there(and anyone
else who has an answer of course;)  Mine is a 1989 with the three speed
auto tranny.
1)  Where should i look to buy the black plastic undertray that goes
under the engine bay, and how important is it?

2)  What gas mileage do you get?  I am only getting about 21mpg i don't
drive it too hard most of the time.

3)  If the gas mileage is bad what should i do to try to get it back to
the norm?

4)  In first my car will pull the rpms all the way to the max, but in
second they begin to cut out at around5,500, and in third they start
messing up at 4,000.  What should i check?
