The front upper brace keeps the shock towers from moving in/'out relative to 
each other,... won't make unpredictable handling.  But, very hard to fit on 
the '91 200q20v as there's really no room without cutting away some hood 
insulation, or moving some items such as the ISV, or both (as per Jeff 
Donnelly's on the dragon wagon).
