Fixed the passenger side (relay) but the drivers side heated seat will
not work.
The dial lights up but when turned to the on positions the relay doesn't
click.

No click probably indicates the thermistor, which controls seat temperature,
has a fault. Most likely burned or loose connection. The good news is this
is easy to fix. The bad news is you have to remove the seat bottom
upholstery to get to it.
