AFAIK the EU emissions standards that required new certification of engines
is the cause for excess engines having come out of Györ, Hungary.  I'd be
interested to know, but I'd bet these engines do not have the E-gas
drive-by-wire throttle control.  FWIW, I've been offered these same units
through contacts at Audi and MTM, so they are definitely not stolen.  There
are however, lots of them out there.
