List of wheels for type44

While hunting for a set of 7 inch wide wheels (any style) for my 87 5kcsTQ I 
compiled a list of the diff ones available with the 5 lug, 45mm offset. Quite 
a few diff (and confusing) styles came out in the last few years. Info came 
from ETKA, and I presume to be correct. For anyone else hunting out there:
