A suggestion?

OBZ - One Big Zip, is possibly the worst thing you can do.  If the call 
gets dropped, one big zipfile, even with restart, runs a big risk of being 
bad...D'ling 100+ (or whatever) mb file and finding out its' bad because of 
one or two bytes being off in the CRC check would make me put my hand 
through my monitor.

A "split up" bunch of zips, say 20 mb or so in size, would be much more 
manageable.
