i think they changed it 1/'86.
my black '86 5kT (built 11/'85) has the rear defroster switch located in the 
climate control panel, just like my '84 5kT.
My red '86 5kT (built 1/'86) has the rear defroster switch located in the 
dash, inline w/ the heated seat switches, and the ABS switch.
